Purpose
What is our mission?
Tri-Cities Men's Ministry (TCMM) is a coalition of pastors, men's leaders and volunteers from churches in southeast Washington and northeast Oregon. TCMM exists to promote and help develop effective men's ministries in the local church.
Our team of leaders share their knowledge, experience and resources to come alongside churches in their effort to develop disciples and reach the men of our community for Christ.

Why target men?
1. Men's needs and effective methods for reaching men are different than for women and children.
2. Spiritually growing men are better husbands, fathers and volunteers.
3. Spiritually mature men provide more godly leadership in the church.
Process
A balanced approach
The best way to get guys plugged in to your church is through a variety of entry points. TCMM encourages a balanced approach of sports & socials, spiritual development, and service activities. Men usually connect through one or more of these options. |
